We are getting closer to reality.  Several banks are interested in partial financing.  In addition, there are several investment groups looking at the project.  Additionally, the search has begun for a location.  It seems now that we will be located either in Abingdon, or between Edgewood and Aberdeen along the Route 40 corridor.

Our main obstacle, at this point, is financing. We put up the donation option so people could help a small business get started, but not break their pocketbooks.   The aim was to receive many anonymous donations of small amounts, say $5 from lots of people.  As donations increase, the need for partners/investors decreases. This makes it less complicated and things can move forward faster.  Apparently, and understandably, this is not going to work, so we will continue to develop relationships with banks, investors and the county who, by the way, is very interested in seeing this develop into reality.
